At [58.1, 12.1] along the Orunai Coast in northeastern Talador is a neutral camp of draenei, with one offering a quest. On approach, a shell blows the camp (and all the NPCs, including the questgiver) to smithereens, leaving behind the pair of Deceptia's Smoldering Boots.
Tracking quests
