Dead Man's Party is the only achievement related to the world event Day of the Dead, which first appeared in November 2009 immediately following Hallow's End.
Locations
Catrina can be found at graveyards in all capital cities. Simply /dance with her long enough to be buffed with "Honor the Dead" to be awarded the achievement.
