Daxx Bombhand is a goblin member of the Bilgewater Cartel and a surveyor of the Reliquary located at a small Reliquary camp on the northwest side of Atul'Aman in Vol'dun, alongside Elisa Veilsong, whom he reports to. Shandris Feathermoon and an Alliance adventurer kill Daxx and Elisa in order to obtain Elisa's map of Reliquary sites in Vol'dun.^[1]
