Darkfallen Advisors are liches found in the Crimson Hall of Icecrown Citadel. There is normally one in every group of four mobs you might run into.
Abilities
Lich Slap — Slaps the target with a cold hand, dealing 7000 to 9000 Shadow damage and knocking them back.- Lich Slap — Slaps the target with a cold hand, dealing 10500 to 13500 Shadow damage and knocking them back. (25-man)
Shroud of Protection — A targeted party member is protected from all physical attacks for 6 sec.
Shroud of Spell Warding — A targeted party member is protected from all magical attacks for 6 sec.

Given the name, they could either originally be San'layn who became liches, or simply liches of the Scourge tasked with overseeing and guiding the Darkfallen.
