Dark Keeper Uggel Hammerhand can be found in Blackrock Depths. He is one of six possible Keepers which spawn after a party member looks at the portrait in the Black Vault anteroom. He drops the  [Dark Keeper Key] which is needed to open the Dark Coffer in the Black Vault. Uggel will be inside a room to the right of the Coffer room, which looks like a cave with various dwarves and golems.

Abilities

•  Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting 192 to 258 Shadow damage.
•  Curse of Agony — Curses an enemy with agony, inflicting 34 Shadow damage every 3 sec. over 30 sec.
