Dark Iron Smoking Pipe was a possible drop from Coren Direbrew in the Grim Guzzler of Blackrock Depths during Brewfest 2008.

This item is identical to [[Icon of the Silver Crescent], a 41 Badge of Justice trinket, but would only appear during Brewfest. They do not share a cooldown, but cannot both be used at the same time.
