Dark Inquisitors are inquisitors located on the Broken Shore. They were first encountered by the Silver Hand[1] and later by the Armies of Legionfall.
Abilities
- Icy Grasp - The caster reaches out an icy hand to grasp the target inflicting Frost damage. In addition, the target's movement speed and haste are reduced by 30%.
- Mind Rend - Tears at the target's mind inflicting Shadow damage.
