Teleports the caster to Dalaran. (20 Min Cooldown) - Requires Level 10
Dalaran Hearthstone is a quest reward from 
[10-45] In the Blink of an Eye. It functions as a secondary Hearthstone for 
Dalaran, allowing players to bind their primary hearthstone elsewhere.
Notes and trivia
- If you have lost your Dalaran Hearthstone, you can talk with Amisi Azuregaze at the Legerdemain Lounge of Dalaran to replace it.
- Character Boosts do not include this hearthstone. Instead the boosted character can visit the Hero's Call Board in Stormwind or the Warchief's Command Board in Orgrimmar and pick up the Broken Shore starting quest,
[10-45] Legion: The Legion Returns. Choosing to skip this questline to the last quest will still provide the hearthstone. - Since patch 7.0.3, it was possible to obtain this item simply by talking to Amisi in the Northrend Dalaran. This was probably due to a failure to differentiate the
Amisi from her version of the Dalaran located in the Broken Isles. It was corrected afterwards in an undocumented hotfix.
