Cutthroat Willie is an undead pirate that can be encountered as a boss in the Monster Hunt single-player experience in the The Witchwood expansion for Hearthstone. During the boss encounter, he mentions that more of his crew are on the way and that he's in service to a "Cap'n" (possibly the similarly undead Captain Shivers).
