Cutpurses are human mobs that can be found in the areas west and north of Goldshire in Elwynn Forest. They're especially common along the mountain barrier between Stormwind City and Northshire Valley.
Abilities
Backstab — Inflicts 150% weapon damage to an enemy, but only if attacking from behind.

Patch changes
Patch 8.2.5 (2019-09-24): Now scales up to level 60. 
Patch 7.3.5 (2018-01-16): Now scales from level 3 - 20. Previous level was 5 - 6. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Renamed from Defias Cutpurse, as the Defias Brotherhood has been dissolved.
