Cursed Scarabs are beetles found in Hellfire Peninsula. They will only appear if 
[Bleeding Hollow Blood] is placed in the Cursed Cauldron.
Some will turn hostile, most stay neutral, and all of them will despawn after about 20 seconds.
Abilities
Plague Cloud — Reduces Strength, Agility and Intellect for all enemies in a selected area for 20 sec.
