The Curious Glyph is found in a house at the floating island at Algeth'era Court in Thaldraszus. Interacting with the glyph will apply Making Connections, a visual effect similar to the 
[Scroll of Storytelling]. Outside, Glyph Eaters will now be visible.
With the Making Connections buff, make your way across the bridge and find the Confusion Manifest. Defeat it and loot a 
[Decryption Key]. The key can be used on the Curious Glyph to obtain a 
[Forgetful Apprentice's Tome] that grants 3 Inscription Knowledge.
