The Crystalline Essence of Sindragosa dropped from Sindragosa in Icecrown Citadel.

During the war against the Lich King, after they destroyed Sindragosa, the adventurers took her crystalline essence to Kalecgos at Wyrmrest Temple, where she could truly be laid to rest, rather than leave her to suffer again in some form.[1]

Years later, Kalecgos took and released Sindragosa's essence from the crystal in the Veiled Ossuary in Thaldraszus on the Dragon Isles.[2]
