Cromula is an orc quest giver in the main building in Silverwind Refuge, Ashenvale. She was sent by Bort to recruit Horde adventurers to aid in the defense of Grom'gol Base Camp in Northern Stranglethorn.
According to her uniform, she is a Grom'gol Grunt. She and Bort have an inside joke with the phrase "Woozle wozzle".
