[45] You Can't Take the Sky from Me. They are transformed by Infazzar the Shade into Feltalon Hags.
Abilities
- Fel Corruption - Transform into a Fel Harpy.
- Fel Incinerate - Draws fire toward the enemy, inflicting Fire damage.
- Fel Prison - Imprisons a target in a fiery prison.
- Flame Barrier - Conjures a barrier of flame, reducing all damage taken by 50% for 8 sec.
