Corrupted Cloudfeathers are void-corrupted cloudfeathers located at Agthia's Repose in Bastion. They are only found when visiting the past. Seething Voidrippers are channeling void energies into them.
Abilities
Hunting Talons — The Cloudfeather rakes its talons repeatedly, inflicting Physical damage to all enemies in front of it every 1 sec. for 5 sec.
Screech From Beyond — Reduces the movement speed of all enemies within 10 yards by 40% for 10 sec. Inflicts Shadow damage to all enemies within 10 yards.
