Copper Massacre Coins can be used to purchase items from Mai'zin near the Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn Vale. 100 of them can also be converted into a 
[Silver Massacre Coin].

Killing other players during the Blood Moon event will grant stacks of the Blood for the Blood Loa buff; approaching an Altar of Blood will convert these stacks into an equal number of Copper Massacre Coins. These coins can also be obtained from 
[Satchel of Copper Massacre Coins].
