Converted Sentries are level 70 Arcane Guardians that players obtain as part of a quest to assist in the recovery of the Sun's Reach Sanctum. When the Erratic Sentries are converted into Converted Sentries, the new sentries are put into reserve and summoned whenever needed to protect the town.
They are involved in the following quest:

Notes
Use the [Attuned Crystal Cores] on the corpse of an Erratic Sentry to spawn a Converted Sentry.
