Cloud Nine is a player vs. player achievement earned for capturing and returning a total of 9 flags in a single Twin Peaks battle.
Criteria
The achievement is earned when the player captures or returns a total of nine flags in a single battle. As capturing three flags wins a game, at least six of the total (and up to nine) must be from flag returns.
