Notes
This item used to benefit from spell damage, making it very powerful, but it has been nerfed. The cloak will always do 25 Fire damage now.
Patch changes
Patch 1.9.0 (2006-01-03): The Cloak of Fire's effect will no longer gain a benefit from effects that increase spell damage.
