Clear Conscience is a dungeon & raid achievement earned by defeating Sire Denathrius after removing 
Burden of Sin from all players before 
March of the Penitent is cast in Castle Nathria on Normal difficulty or higher.
Sire Denathrius will cast 
Cleansing Pain six times during the first phase which removes one stack of the Burden of Sin debuff on each player that are standing in front of Denathrius. Each player will need to rotate and be in at least four of these casts to remove all 4 stacks from each other. After every player in the raid no longer has the debuff, tank the boss down to 70% which will trigger the March of the Penitent cast and start the next phase. Afterwards, simply finish the encounter.
