Churn is a water elemental and the leader of the water elementals in the Blistering Pool in the Borean Tundra.
Abilities
Scalding Steam — Deals 210 to 270 Fire damage and causes your target's flesh to burn, inflicting 120 Fire damage every 3 sec for 12 sec.
Objective of
Convincing Churn to stop fighting with Simmer is requested for 
[10-30] Boiling Point.

Notes
- Players farming
[Crystallized Water] should not bother killing Churn when farming, as this mob does not die nor provide any drops.
