Objectives
Speak with Archmage Cedric near the Dalaran Crater about the Tri-Disc of Frost.

Description
The next piece Antonidas made was imbued with frost magic. He wrote about a ritual to channel frost energy into the disc with his fellow Archmage, Cedric, but their combined strengths forced too much energy into the disc.
If I recall, Cedric is helping oversee the reconstruction of Dalaran near the crater where Dalaran once resided.
Hopefully he knows where to find the disc.

After the devastation that befell Dalaran's original home, who knows where that disc may be.

Ogres took it? Those beasts will grab anything they can I suppose.

Notes
Use the portal to Dalaran Crater within the Chamber of the Guardian for a quick trip. Remember to 
[Slow Fall]!
Archmage Cedric, I'm looking for a piece of a disc that Antonidas gave to you. Do you happen to have it?- Archmage Cedric says: Ah, yes. I do. I mean did. Well, it was stolen, you see.
- Archmage Cedric says: By ogres no less. Filthy beasts. They raided our ruins a while back and unfortunately they made off with the disc piece.
- Archmage Cedric says: Not to worry though. I couldn't figure out how to help Antonidas with it, so I'm sure they have no clue what to do with it.
- Archmage Cedric says: But if you're looking to retrieve it, I'm sure it must be somewhere in the Ruins of Alterac where they reside.
Travel to the Ruins of Alterac and look for Ok'rok Icetouch, a two-headed ogre with a blue appearance due to the Tri-Disc of Frost which he is carrying on his back. Kill him and retrieve the disc piece, then return to Archmage Kalec in Dalaran.
