Chi Spheres are objects summoned by monks, using 
[Afterlife]. They appear in the game world as large green spheres, floating just above the ground. Walking through a Chi Sphere will cause the monk to regenerate 1 Chi. Monks already at full Chi will not consume Chi Spheres.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2012-03-07): Chi Spheres are no longer consumed by the Monk when they are at full Chi. 
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
