Champion Gutrend is an abomination located in the Theater of Pain in Maldraxxus during the initial phase of the Maldraxxus storyline. Much like Champion Rin'mar, Gutrend is a former arena champion seeking to recapture their past glory.

Abilities

Jagged Spike — Causes spines to erupt from under random enemy destinations, inflicting Nature damage to enemies within 5 yards and knocking them up.
Meat Hook — Pulls the enemy towards the caster, temporarily stunning them.
Tenderize — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy and increases their Physical damage taken by 15% for 16 sec. This effect stacks.
