Chamber (Crystalsong Forest)

The Chamber is a place near the center of Crystalsong Forest, which one cannot find until one stumbles into it. That is because it is surrounded by a small maze of crystal spires. Yet if one turns just the right way they will pass through them and into this shallow basin. The innermost spires tower above it and arch in slightly, forming a vaulted ceiling high overhead.

Music is soft in most places of the forest, but not here. The forest’s song is trapped in this chamber, bouncing from surface to surface and swelling with each impact, so loud your ears ring. No other creatures are here, nor are there any indication of previous visitors. The music can make one believe they are hearing life itself.
