We have several pages showing nearly identical content!
Really, this should all be one simple page, a centralised location for instance info, with links to any guides.
In addition Instances currently redirects to Category:Instances, too.

Update
So, I've done a bit of fiddling to sort out the mess:
- Instance - I've added a comment suggesting that links to Instance and quest guide
- Instances List now redirects to Instance and quest guide
- Instances by level (no change)
- Instance and quest guide (tidied page)
- Instances now redirects to Instance and quest guide
