Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Fixed an issue where gaining [Clearcasting] from Cascading Power wouldn't correctly gain all the Clearcasting modifiers including [Slipstream]'s channel while casting benefit.
Hotfix (2022-11-07): Fixed an issue that caused Cascading Power to not grant the correct version of Clearcasting when [Arcane Empowerment] was selected.
