Captain Tevaris is a night elf located in Val'sharah. He is a soldier of the corrupted Black Rook Hold, and threatens the nearby village of Bradensbrook. Though he appears corporeal, he is part of the ghostly forces of the corrupted Lord Kur'talos Ravencrest, working unknowingly as agents of Gul'dan and their erstwhile enemy, the Burning Legion.

As a result of Tevaris' activities, including the deployment of Risen Hounds, Bradensbrook resident Hudson Crawford asked the Huntmaster of the Unseen Path to slay the spirit and his minions by trapping him in Marl's Stead.
