Cannoneer Powell is a Forsaken, one of the two cannoneers aboard the Hellscream's Fist (the other being Cannoneer Buczacki). He can be seen working with the cannons when the airship is burning after the Alliance bombardment in the Jade Forest. Since this is his only appearance, he probably was killed when the airship was taken down later.
