Candy Bars are a quest reward from  [20-30] The Leaders at Jin'Alai and scales with the character's level.

The subject of this section has been removed from World of Warcraft but is present in Classic Era.

They were also a Hallow's End seasonal event candy treat, found in  [Treat Bag] or  [Crudely Wrapped Gift] during the event.
