Buzzbox 411 is a fixed device involved in the quest 
[12] Buzzbox 411, which subsequently starts the quest [14] Buzzbox 323.
This large, strange, console-looking device is on the beach[41, 28] northwest of Bashal'Aran and far north of Auberdine in Darkshore.
