Buwei was a pandaren refugee who entered the Vale of Eternal Blossoms after the gate to it was opened. He was soon joined with Li Li Stormstout. He had lost everything in an yaungol attack in Kun-Lai. He explained Li Li the history of the vale while on the way to Mistfall Village. At last, they managed to get to the village.[1]
