Boxes of Mushrooms are located in Ango'rosh Stronghold in Zangarmarsh. It also drops from the following ogres:
- Ango'rosh Souleater
- Captain Bo'kar
- Ango'rosh Shadowmage
- Ango'rosh Mauler
- Overlord Gorefist
- Captain Krosh
Looting one causes an Ango'rosh Mauler to appear.
