Bound Vortex is a bound air elemental located at the Twilight Withering in Thousand Needles. It and Bound Fury are two powerful elementals that infuse Animus with a great deal of power.
Abilities
Lightning Bolt — Blasts an enemy with lightning, inflicting Nature damage.
Storm Cloud — Summons a Storm Cloud around the caster and inflicts Nature damage when attacked.
