Blue Dragon Eggs can be found in the trench that surrounds the Nexus in the Borean Tundra. Placed here by the blue dragonflight they will feel the effects of the strong arcane energy that is flowing quickly to the Nexus, this will also cause the eggs to hatch quicker than usual.
Raelorasz wants you to gather [Frozen Axes] to destroy them, even though it pains him to order the destruction of them.
