Patch changes

• Hotfix (2023-12-05): Effect chance reduced to 15% (was 20%) and 30% against low-health targets (was 40%).
  
• Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Now causes [Ambush] to replace [Mutilate] when the effect is triggered.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 8 Assassination talent (was a level 15 talent). Now also triggers from Ambush.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Re-added and redesigned as a level 15 Assassination talent (was a level 70 Assassination ability). Now grants Mutilate a chance to make Ambush free and usable out of stealth.

  Old: Performing a successful Mutilate has a 30% chance of leaving you in an advantageous position, enabling a single use of Dispatch with no energy cost, regardless of the enemy target's health.
