• Before he was updated with new skin in Patch 4.0.1, Garrosh Hellscream dual wielded two axes that looked just like Bleeding Crescents. Since his upgrade, he now wields his father's famous axe, Gorehowl.
• HD versions of this weapon's model exist in the database as of Patch 6.0.2, but are not available to players.
