Blanched Needle Mushrooms are a consumable food that can be found either on level 90 enemies in Pandaria or created using the Cooking profession. The materials and recipe for this item can be purchased from Sungshin Ironpaw at the Halfhill market in the Valley of the Four Winds. Alternatively, they can be purchased from Chin at Dawn's Blossom in the Jade Forest.

Tips
This food is useful for tanks, providing a bonus of 200 dodge after spending 10 seconds eating, although it is not preferable over feasts provided in raiding environments; for this reason they may be useful for tanks who have recently reached level 90 and are gearing up in 5-man heroics.
