Blackvenom Blade has an extremely low chance to be looted from pickpocketed 
[Battered Junkbox]. It can also drop from Riverpaw mobs inside the Stormwind Stockade.
The dagger drops from Rohh the Silent, a rare gnoll found in Galardell Valley, Stonewatch Falls, or Tower of Ilgalar in the Redridge Mountains.
