Beware of the 'Unbeatable?' Pterodactyl is a quest achievement earned for completing the jousting quest chain in Mount Hyjal including [30-35] Egg Wave.
Note
This achievement references Joust, a video game from 1982, which had a level with warning text matching the achievement name, including punctuation.
The final quest, [30-35] Egg Wave, also rewards you one of two companion mini-jousters: 
[Gold Mini Jouster] or 
[Blue Mini Jouster].
