Head to the marked location on the map, where the maw lich Ironkeeper Salryx blocks the way. Players have access to a bonus ability:

 Necrotic Barrage 100 yd range — Causes all enemies within 15 yards of the impact to take 25% increased damage for 20 sec. Inflicts 52,860 Shadow damage to enemies within 15 yards of the impact. Instant (30 sec cooldown)

Use the barrage to all but one-shot Salyrx, then finish it off.
