Basilofos, King of the Hill is a larion who watches over the hill just southwest of Hero's Rest in Bastion. An adventurer who stands on the hill may notice a pair of eyes above their head. Over about two minutes while the eyes persist, a series of emotes will appear:

You feel as if you are being watched from above.

A low growl rumbles over the hills.

A winged shadow flies overhead.

A challenging roar echoes over the hills!

With the final emote Basilofos will appear in the sky, fly in a wide circle above the hill, and land in the grass amidst the four Spirited Cloudracer corpses. He can't be attacked until he lands.

Abilities

Call Packmate — Basilofos lets out a roar to summon an Argentwing Packmate to fight with him.
Empyreal Roar — Increases health by 40%.
Regal Bite — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy. Damage is increased on targets afflicted with Rake.
Skirmishing Pounce — Inflicts Physical damage after nimbly leaping to an opponent's blindspot.
