Barley H. Crown is one of the denizens of Furlbrow's Pumpkin Farm in Westfall, found inside the house during the Feast of Winter Veil. He wears a Santa hat and sits in front of a small Christmas tree.
His name closely resembles that of the cartoon character Charlie Brown, and his presence appears to be a homage to the American TV special A Charlie Brown Christmas. Like other characters in the area, he is neutral rather than friendly toward Alliance players as a result of deteriorating conditions in Westfall and the Defias Brotherhood's efforts under Vanessa VanCleef.
