Barkeep Kelly was a human drink vendor located in Southshore in the Hillsbrad Foothills. He is also present in the Old Hillsbrad Foothills instance of Caverns of Time, selling the same goods as he does in the present, with one notable exception;  [Rumsey Rum Black Label]. He has also changed his hair considerably between the two times.

Since the Cataclysm, Kelly's fate is unknown.
