Banana Peels are dropped by Bomb-Throwing Monkeys and Smart Mining Monkeys on the Lost Isles. Additionally, the rare gorilla Tsul'Kalu drops it in Northern Stranglethorn.

A different kind of banana peel can be found buried in Lumps of Sand on Unga Ingoo in Krasarang Wilds for players on the quest  [15-35] Buried Hozen Treasure.
