[Rune of Mutilation] in exchange for

Ba'so seems to be a member of the Cult of the Dark Strand, considering his clothes and willingness to trade with the Burning Blade. The other characters giving the [Rune of Mutilation] are respectively from the Dark Iron clan and Defias Brotherhood and hand the rune over after being given a note looted on local mobs belonging to their faction, which in the [Note from Ba'so]'s case is from Burning Blade cultists.
