Azmourne's Corrupted Ashbringer can be found during Azmourne invasions in Time Rifts at Tyrhold Reservoir in Thaldraszus. It starts 
[60-70] The Sins of the Ashbringer, one of the criteria of 
[Temporal Acquisitions Specialist].
After turning in the sword to Soridormi, it appears on the table in the area, where it can be interacted with:
<The necromantic energies once present in this sword have been removed.
You see a small note from Soridormi next to the weapon:
"After assisting in cleansing this sword, Baron Silver[sic] noted differences between this variant blade and our Ashbringer.
Prior to the variant blade's redemption at the Battle of Light's Hope, it emanated more energy than our version.
Quite disconcerting. We should definitely keep an eye on this timeway.">
Trivia
- During the PTR, this item was simply named Corrupted Ashbringer. At that time, it had the following flavor text: "The Ashbringer has lived in both infamy and reverence. In the timeline this came from, it was never cleansed. It would be unwise to touch it directly."
