Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Duration decreased to 3 seconds in PvP combat (was 5 seconds).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 6 class talent (was a level 21 Blood and level 30 Frost/Unholy ability). Duration is now 5 seconds for all specs (was 4 seconds for Frost/Unholy).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13):
- Blood: Now requires level 21 (was 55).
- Frost/Unholy: Now requires level 30 (was 58). Made available to Frost.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Unholy talent: Now requires level 58 (was 60). Duration reduced to 4 seconds.
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now a Blood ability and an Unholy talent (was a talent for all three specs). Cooldown increased to 45 seconds (was 30 seconds) and range reduced to 20 yards (was 30 yards). No longer acts as a silence against targets immune to stuns.
Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Cooldown has been reduced to 30 seconds (was 1 minute).
