While out of combat, a stack will fall off every 5 seconds. Stacks will instantly reset to 0 when you enter combat with a raid boss.

Hotfix (2018-10-02): Fixed an issue where Archive of the Titans was not stacking in combat unless the player was actively attacking an enemy.
Hotfix (2018-09-17): Archive of the Titans primary stat increased by 20%.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Added.
