Archive of the Titans is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can only be found on Azerite Armor from Uldir.

While out of combat, a stack will fall off every 5 seconds. Stacks will instantly reset to 0 when you enter combat with a raid boss.

Hotfix (2018-10-02): Fixed an issue where Archive of the Titans was not stacking in combat unless the player was actively attacking an enemy.
Hotfix (2018-09-17): Archive of the Titans primary stat increased by 20%.
